| Description | Hi Mr.Yoon, As I mentioned at the last meeting, although the SWAN project has entered mass production, the part numbers of the following 5 components are still in the temporary part numbering stage, and may affect the product shipments of the Vietnam factory, because the SWAN project did not enter the A500 phase in our A system. Since these suppliers are not on the Fii QVL list, my team members are working with the suppliers to prepare these documents and submit them in the system to complete it, but due to factory audits, it usually takes about 3 to 4 months or even longer. These processes require both parties to spend a lot of time. So I would like to ask for your help to provide the designated parts email for these components so that we can shorten the process of part number application to complete the project enter the A500 phase asap. Thanks! So if Foxconn agrees that we don't have take any liability for above 5 components, then we can start to discuss about it with our Biz Team. So could you check it with your biz PM ? |

Hi Mr.Yoon, I've discussed with our Biz team and we agreed that those 5 designate parts Fii requested doesn't need to put in SOW, which means that Fii will take all liability for those 5 components.
